Our showroom is not open and we remain online. For any showroom open dates these will be updated here
Returns - Our policy is here. A return form is on the back of your invoice that comes with your order to send eligible items back. We process in 4-7 business days of receiving your return.
If you are asking on an item that is sold out, sorry apart from core lines we do each season when we sell out of a size it is not restocked.
We are an online business posting Australia wide and to NZ. Our Penrith Showroom is closed for the remainder of Winter and we hope to come back with fortnightly / monthly open to the public for Spring/Summer
If you are asking how long shipping will take, this does depend on your postcode and what postage method you take. More on postage can be found here *Update due to Covid19 mail delays are happening, if your parcel is stating delayed please understand we can't do anything to change this. We are seeing parcels take longer than expected for some parts of Australia.
