I have a plump mid section and am 5' short . I found these a bit smaller than the equivalent sz 24 Curvaceous jeans, mostly in the waist. I am several cm under the upper measurement, but they dig into my waist a bit and don't cover my rise as much as normal. They are much firmer than regular Curvaceous jeans, - harder to pull on. I understand now that the printed denim is stiffer and heavier and this is likely why, but I did think they'd fit better when I checked measurements. Left it too late to return due to an injury, so need to lose a few kg to be comfy :) But they are gorgeous jeans. Just check measurements and read reviews before choosing a size. NB I found this paler denim slightly less forgiving/tighter fit than the darker blue ones.

I am 5ft 9 or 10 ... they fit like capris; short in the leg ... I don't usually like the feeling of pants/jeans too short in the leg ... but i do like the roses and the comfortable feeling of the stretch denim. I will have to try to make use of them. I wish they fit like the lady in this picture
