Measurements are taken flat and doubled unless otherwise specified. When you see 2 measurements, we have given the relaxed to a stretch measurement.
Very nice, well made and great quality pant. A nice alternative to denim and they look lovely on. Good stretch so fit comfortably. I am between sizes, I went up a size but didn't need to, and then bought another pair my regular size and it fits but a but tight. Read the measurements and go with what is the most comfy for you. I will be ordering these in black too, as they are so well made.
