Are Items In My Cart Reserved?
Curvaceous tried to find a way to make this happen, however no app that would allow us to do this for our platform that we were happy with, it's first in best dressed.
Why can't I see free shipping?
The bargains are amazing, our first ever site wide sale. We hope you understand that a flat rate $8.99 regular mail and $19.99 to NZ is a awesome discounted price.
Help I made a mistake
Curvaceous is a small team and this period is extremely busy with the volume of orders, we can't make changes in any way. Please double check your orders.
I made an error with my address
If you made an address error we suggest you use the Australia Post app where you can have better control over your deliveries. You can find out more here Please do send us an email, if we can help we will but this is not always possible. Please double check your orders.
I placed another order, can I combine shipping?
Sorry we are unable to do this under normal trading and unable to do due to the huge velocity of orders, we are unable to combine shipping.
How do I get the Free gift promotion?
Meet the AUD $150 threshold for the free tee, spend AUD$300 and receive the free tee and the free dress. It must be IN ONE transaction, multiple transaction do not qualify for the free gift offers. The free gifts will go in your cart automatically, should you not see this go in your cart the offer has been exhausted. We hate people missing out, should we run out we will often substitute to something of the same value rather than you miss out. The free gifts are yours's to keep even if you send items back.
What is your return policy through Black Friday
Our return policy remains the same. Curvaceous do not process exchanges. Curvaceous will refund on any full price items. This is however a site wide sale which means returns are eligible for a website credit only (valid for 3 years) Items marked final sale are written on the first line of the product description are no return or exchange. Please remember items must be unworn, tags and packaging attached, we will not be accepting items that have animal hair, odours of perfume, smoke or deodorant. Please pop them back in the bags if they are not for you so they are protected. A huge thank you for respecting this.
Do you offer extended return policy?
Our normal return policy applies. Items are to be received within 14 days of receipted delivery date.
Are there any delays?
Due to the high volume in this time, we are expecting delays of 3-5 business days.
Do your guarantee express post orders leave next business day during sale times?
Express Post orders can't be guarantee next day dispatch in the sale period. If you are needing an item faster we suggest taking Priority Posting where we will jump your order in the queue.
Can I get it any faster?
We have a Priority Posting, this means you will jump the queue for $25 and your order is shipped express post. We can't give a time frame but know your parcel will be posted fast.
Can I pick up my order?
We are sorry due we have had to turn click and collect off through the BF sales

We are working as hard as possible to make sure we answer all enquiries, please be patient through this time. For general questions that are answered here we may send you to this page to help streamline our service. Please DO NOT place an order expecting a change after we are unable to do this in sale periods.
