Measurements are taken flat and doubled unless otherwise specified. When you see 2 measurements we have given the relaxed to a stretch measurement.

This is a lovely jacket. I can dress it up with a pretty scarf or just wear it over a tshirt. It is light and comfy. Only issue is that it doesn’t met in the middle but I do have a big belly. That’s why wearing a long scarf covers up belly gap. It is a really nice jacket. Next size up probably would have fitted better in the middle. So if you have a belly like mine just go up a size. It’s lovely to wear.
