Measurements are taken flat and doubled unless otherwise specified. When you see 2 measurements, we have given the relaxed to a stretch measurement.
Very comfortable and flattering. Khaki has not been a colour I usually select, but with a couple of the new tops I needed pants and these area just perfect. They are a little long as I am a shorty, but only one hem, so nothing drastic. Very happy with the choice,
