We have given the relaxed to a gentle stretch measurement on the waist, the hips are relaxed but of course have plenty of stretch.

Although I like the pants, they are a bit short in the leg. Was able to buy pants before short or tall. Bit disappointed

Very happy with the pants, it is always a chance to order something on line but they are a great fit and good quality material.
Beautiful soft dressy pants. Not restrictive on my lipodeama legs. I am 5ft 1" tall, so I have to shorten them. But I recommend that you DO NOT upsize, Normally a size 22 .
Love love love - match with my black pants. Wash and wear - no iron, comfy pants. Will be great in summer as well.
