Curvaceous Returns Policy

18/12/25 - Whilst Curvaceous is not sending parcels and have skeleton staff from the 22-5th Jan, please send returns as normal to be received within 14 days as a business we have procedures in place to accept return and they will be processed on our return.

Changed your mind? No worries! To be received within 14 days of delivery for your choice of:

  • Refund
  • Web Credit

Discounted Items

Picked up a bargain with a %off code, markdown or spend and save offer?
These are eligible for web credit only when returned and received within 14 days.
(Excludes items marked Final Sale).
Picked up an order with a free gift, if you return items that have you fall below the free gift and would like to keep this that is ok but we will offer a web credit only
Picked up free post for an order over a certain amount, return items that have your order fall below this we will process less the postage costs that would have applied. 

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
Please choose carefully — these are final sale and will be sent back at your expense if received

Condition of Returns

All returns must be:

  • Clean and free of perfume, pet hair and odours
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached

We’ll have to decline returns that arrive otherwise (and we hate doing that).

Processing Time

We’re quick! Returns are processed within 2–4 business days of arrival. (Exception is our once a year staff break from the 22 Dec 2025 -5th Jan 2026)

If We Stuffed Up

Received the wrong item or something faulty?
Let us know within 3 days and we’ll fix it — replacement, refund or web credit as needed.

Important Bits & Bobs

  • Earrings, custom prints and Final Sale items can’t be returned for change of mind.
  • Loose threads or tag mislabels aren’t considered faults — we’re human!
  • Postage isn’t refundable.
  • If your return changes a deal or drops your total below free shipping, we’ll deduct that postage.
  • Returning a “free gift” item? If you keep it, we’ll issue web credit only.
  • Orders paid with Afterpay or Zip are refunded through them.
  • Orders can’t be cancelled once placed (we move fast!).
  • NZ customers: you can return eligible items to be received within 14 days — easy!
  • Please use trackable postage for returns — we can’t be responsible for lost mail.
  • No warehouse drop-offs — our team’s small and not set up for in-person returns.

Your Rights

If your item is faulty or incorrect, even on sale, you’re covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Just email us before sending it back — we’ll look after you.

Delivery Date 


Is the date your parcel arrives at your door or collection point such as a parcel locker, post office box etc, not the date you may collect.
