Easy Australia Post Returns Need to return something? Click here to send it back for $10.95 via Australia Post. If there are any hiccups, they're your go to for help as this is there service not ours. Don't forget to check out their policy for lost or damaged items. 
Any orders sent back Return to sender will have a refund less actual postage costs. Return to sender is not FREE.
Full Price Items Changed your mind? No worries! Send it back to be received within 14 days of your receipted delivery date (not the date you pick up your parcel) for your choice of a refund or web credit for full priced items only. 
Discounted Items Snagged a markdown discount or % off? Awesome! These items (Excludes final clearance marked ***)  are eligible for web credit only, if received within 14 days of your receipted order date. Just a note we love doing deals however we will not refund for % OFF, mark downs, Spend and save offers or discounted. 
Final Sale Items Grabbed a final sale item? These are super special and can't be returned or exchanged. Make sure you love it before you buy it, as all sales are final. 
Keep It Clean Returning something? Please make sure it's free from animal hair, odours, perfume, unworn, and still tagged. We don't want to disappoint by rejecting a return.
Speedy Returns We're quick! Expect your returns sorted out within 2 to 4 business days.
Mix-ups and Ooopsies If we goofed up, please tell us. We're here to fix it. Found an issue with your garment? Let us know within 7 days, and we'll sort it out.
Just So You Know Earrings, lingerie, hosiery, custom prints, and *** items can't come back to us if you change your mind. They're all yours! On occasion a mis tag can happen this is no considered a fault. On occasion loose threads can be on the garment, this is not considered a fault. 
Postage Bits We don't refund postage costs, but we try to keep them as low as possible.
How to Return Check out the back of your invoice for all the return details. It's super easy!
Afterpay/Zip Returns Used Afterpay or Zip? No stress! Refunds go through them, and store credit doesn't affect your payment plan.
Deals and Offers If returning affects your special deal, we'll need to tweak the refund less any gifts or discounts that formed part of an offer.
Free Shipping Offers If your return has your order fall below the free shipping offer amount, we refund less the postage that would have occurred as your return no longer has you meeting the free post threshold. 
Order Cancellations Changed your mind? Oops, we can't cancel orders once they're placed.  
Hello, NZ Friends! Living in NZ? You can return eligible items, to be received within 14 days, no problem!
Your Responsibility Send your returns back with trackable postage, please. We can't be responsible for lost mail. Sorry, no dropping off at our warehouse we are a small team and not set up for returns this way at this time.
Your Rights Matter Got a faulty item, wrong item, even on sale? We're here for you with a replacement or refund as per your consumer rights. Just send us an email before sending back.
