Measurements are taken flat and doubled unless otherwise specified. When you see 2 measurements we have given the relaxed to a stretch measurement.

You could tell where I had been. A trail of green and white cotton pieces formed a line to my office, and around my desk was a veritable snowstorm of cotton strands. I expected a few loose strands, but this was ridiculous. I won’t ever wear it again - which is a shame because it *looks* quite nice.
